The Regional Development Funding Corporation (“RDFC”) was formerly known as Pittsburgh-Countywide Corporation
Inc. (“PCW”). PCW incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on July 13
1978 and received its designation as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation under the Internal Revenue Service tax code. In March 1998
the Corporation changed its name to the Regional Development Funding Corporation.
